Refund Policies

Full-Time and Part-Time Enrollment

Tuition and fee refunds for official withdrawals for full-time and part-time students are prorated based on the schedule below. No refunds are made for official withdrawals after 50% of the enrollment period. Students who completely withdraw from the University by these dates are due a refund/reduction as follows:

On or before January 5, 2024	100%
January 9 - January 22, 2024	90%
January 23 - February 1, 2024	50%
February 21 - February 27, 2024	25%
On or after February 28, 2024	0%

Please note that the $150 application fee that full-time English language students pay is NOT refundable.

*An administrative fee of 5% of the total tuition and fee will be charged for all withdrawals processed. This fee will post to your account after the processing of your withdrawal.

Evening/Weekend Courses

EVENING/WEEKEND COURSES MAY BE OFFERED AGAIN IN THE FALL 2024 SEMESTER.
