NC State has special relationships with schools and organizations around the world.

New Mind Education has been an official partner of North Carolina State University since 2010. UPP is a supplementary enrichment and advisory program designed to support first-year international students at NC State, including IEP students, undergraduate and graduate students. UPP provides weekly 1-on-1 advising, first-year seminars, volunteer opportunities, extracurricular activities, and field trips to achieve students’ holistic success. Participation in UPP is optional but highly recommended. For more information about this program and its associated fees, please refer to this website
