IEP Online ESL Courses – Dates and Costs
The IEP’s 5-week English language courses are offered twice each semester. Evening ESL courses are ONLINE. See the schedule for each class in the table below.

Costs
Each of our online evening courses is taught by degreed English language instructors with years of experience teaching with the Intensive English Program at NC State. Our evening ESL courses offer 10 total hours of English language instruction. You will have the opportunity to interact – IN ENGLISH – with members of our international community from the comfort of your home. Students will need to have access to a PC, laptop, or tablet equipped with a camera and microphone and attend class from a quiet location.

Additional Costs
- Some courses require the purchase of a textbook. See the course registration pages for the textbook title and estimated cost.
Notes
- Payable by credit card or interdepartmental transfer only.
- All withdrawals will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.
- A minimum number of students is required to run each course.
- If the minimum is not met, course fees will be fully refunded.
- Finalized course dates will be announced during the first class.
