Application Deadline

The application deadline is for full-time English language students who are not applying for conditional admission to NC State University.

Official Enrollment Date

The last day for a student to withdraw without being counted as having attempted his/her current level of study. After this date, the student’s attempt at his/her current level will count as one of the three opportunities to complete a level in the IEP.

If a student wishes to withdraw, they should first read the IEP Withdrawal Procedures in the Current Student Portal. It is important to note that there are dates during the semester where the financial and visa implications of withdrawing change.

Drop/Revision Deadline: Last Day to Request a Withdrawal

Withdrawals after this date are granted only when exceptional circumstances exist. If a student wishes to withdraw, they should first read the IEP Withdrawal Procedures in the Current Student Portal. It is important to note that there are dates during the semester where the financial and visa implications of withdrawing change.

End of Semester Celebration

At the end of every semester, the IEP has a party to celebrate the students’ accomplishments. There are games, awards, dinner, and lots of fun!
